- Christine Bedrous Added March 01, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This is the worst customer service i ever had! If there’s less than 1 star i would give. I wanted to get a couple of documents certified by a pharmacist but she was very tough and rude. She asked me how many do you have (although the pharmacy was empty no customers) i said 3 documents, she answered ok we accept donations against certifying documents (although it’s a free service) , i said sorry i have no cash, she got upset and didn’t get her job done properly by missing the name of the pharmacy in purpose although i asked her to add the pharmacy’s name but she said there’s no need. I went and checked at another pharmacy they said the pharmacy’s name should be mentioned otherwise it won’t be considered as a certified document. so I had to go again to get the certifying process completed. She was much more rude at the second time, shaking her head with that angry face! What a very bad customer service.. NEVER AGAIN.
